If the maker does not publish the display logic, the honest answer is that the exact calibration is unknown. “20%” may look like a laboratory measurement, but the public page may not tell you what threshold, sensor or calculation sits behind it. Why flavour can fade before the display reaches zero
The simplest supported explanation is that the two signals are not measuring the same thing.
